Tel Aviv: A 97 sq. meter, four-room, fifth ground house with two parking areas on Shmuel Rodansky Avenue in New Ramat Aviv was bought for NIS 4.92 million. A 58 sq. meter, two-room, third ground house on Wiesel Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 3.65 million. A 59 sq. meter, three-room, first ground house on Rubinstein Avenue in Jaffa was bought for NIS 1.95 million. A 67 sq. meter, three-room, second ground house on Pinkas Avenue within the Outdated North was bought for NIS 4.55 million.
Beer Yaakov A 250 sq. meter, six-room, semi-detached home on a 230 sq. meter lot on Dan Avenue within the Ganei Menachem neighborhood was bought for NIS 5 million. The home consists of two furnished housing items within the basement, that are rented for NIS 7,500 per thirty days (Anglo-Saxon).
Rehovot A 63 sq. meter, three-room, third ground house on Max Nordau Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 1.65 million. A 108 sq. meter, five-room, first ground house with two parking areas on Har Hatzofim Avenue in Rehovot Hahollandit was bought for NIS 2.65 million. A 111 sq. meter, five-room, seventh ground house with parking on Shimon Dubnov Avenue within the south of town was bought for NIS 2.64 million.
Haifa and the north
Akko A 26 sq. meter, two-room, house on Borochov Avenue in Neve Aviv was bought for NIS 540,000. A 56 sq. meter, three-room, first ground house on Ha’arba’ah Avenue within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 650,000. A 77 sq. meter, three-room, second ground house with parking on Anilevich Avenue close to the ocean was bought for NIS 940,000.
Nahariya A 110 sq. meter, four-room, first ground house with parking on Derekh Shlomo near Highway 4 was bought for NIS 1.38 million. A 70 sq. meter, three-room, third ground house on Yechiel Avenue in Kiryat Yoseftal was bought for NIS 980,000. A 128 sq. meter, five-room, twenty first ground house on Hagefen Avenue in Neve Alon was bought for NIS 1.87 million.
The Galilee A 207 sq. meter, five-room home with a 50 sq. meter yard and parking in Yarka was bought for NIS 1.3 million. A 110 sq. meter, three-room, first ground house on Kfar Yasif was bought for NIS 800,000. A 117 sq. meter, three-room, fifth ground house on Kfar Yasif was bought for NIS 1.05 million. A 289 sq. meter, eight-room home with a 250 sq. meter yard and parking on Yanuh-Jat was bought for NIS 2 million.
