Local weather change appears to impress intolerant reactions from each Proper and Left. The previous falls prey to know-nothingism in its efforts to disclaim the existence of an issue that may justify a governmental response. The latter’s tendency to catastrophize local weather change fosters assist for intolerant responses. Neither is a productive response to a major problem.
